At Amor Magnets, we want you to love your custom photo magnets! If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help.
Returns & Replacements
Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if there is an issue with your order, we are happy to offer a replacement or refund under the following conditions:
- If your magnets arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us at amor.magnets@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.
- Attach a clear photo of the issue so we can assess the problem and make it right.
- We will either replace the affected items or issue a refund, depending on the situation.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are issued on a case-by-case basis for:
✔️ Printing defects or damage during shipping
✔️ Incorrect order fulfillment (wrong design, missing items, etc.)
Refunds are not available for:
❌ Customer-provided photos that are low-quality or blurry
❌ Slight color variations due to screen differences
❌ Orders that were approved with incorrect details
Processing Time
Once we review your request, we will respond within 2 business days with the next steps. If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
